Information technology doesn't utilize an app.  it is a spider web based tool.  that has documents.  when you click on the "document" push button - the certificate opens in a tif file image - pdf accept upwardly to much storage space on servers so that is non an option either.  this is for piece of work non person.  I am not really at liberty to provide specific  details about some of it - which may not aid merely....  this is a vendor software that has built in functions that tin can't exist changed.  Microsoft eliminating windows photo viewer screws that up!  :)

the tool operates best in chrome.  it doesn't work well consistently in i.eastward. or firefox.

the ability to open documents is automated within the tool and can't exist changed.

thus - people using pc'south with win10 - accept problems considering windows photo viewer was removed equally was the "automated" recognition of the image i.eastward. the certificate.

it tin can't be done.  come across my previous answer - the tool has automatic built in things that can't exist changed.
